About Character types.

Character types are the defining traits of one of Brawls many characters. Types are basically the way a character is used. Each character has been given 2 types, this will allow for more versatility with that character and is less of a restriction. The Seven Character types are: Brawler, Air, Tech, Bullet, Jinx, Speed, and Power house. A brief description of each is below, however I will adding a forum that will have more detail on each type. As an example of why each character got the types they have I'll use Pit. Pit is a tech and air. The reason he is a tech type is his attacks. They aren't very powerful, however if used in the right way you can inflict multiple combos on your opponents, thusly a tech. The air type is easier to grasp, Pit has wings giving him more airtime than most characters, and he has good air based attacks, so he would be a great areal fighter. If you have any questions feel free to ask them in here. Warning Some characters are subject to change after I use them in actual combat, although this is unlikely.

Charatcer types

Types:
Brawler---Those who use close combat to fight(The Basic).
Air---Those who favor air combat and juggling.
Tech---Those who use moves based on ability and not power.
Bullet---Those who use long ranged attacks to fight.
Jinx---Those who use magic to fight.
Speed----Those who use speed and agility to fight.
Power House---Those whose attacks do more damage than any other characters they are also the heaviest characters in the game. (Powerful but slow.)
